Our official headquarters will be at the Best Western GranTree Inn, which is surrounded by five other hotels within a five-minute walk (Holiday Inn, Days Inn, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, and Comfort Inn).

There are over 25 hotels in Bozeman (https://www.tripadvisor.com/SmartDeals-g45095-Bozeman_Montana-Hotel-Deals.html). At present, we have arranged blocks of rooms at the first three hotels listed below, including one (Element Bozeman) in downtown. These hotels are blocked for the 7th, 8th, and 9th of September.

Note that many of these hotels offer discounts for AARP and AAA members and there are likely other discounts available so check their websites. MSU Alumni Association members receive discounts at the following hotel chains: Choice Hotels: call 800-258-2847, discount # 00213860, Wyndham Hotels: call 800-364-6176, discount # 1000012638. C’Mon Inn: call 406-587-3555, show your membership card at check.

We would encourage you to make your reservations early as you will have more choice. Ask for a room in the Beta Rho/Sigma Chi Block. For those arriving early or staying late, a few rooms have been set aside to accommodate those needs as well. Rooms in the blocks will be released to the general public in the last week of July 2017.
